 PROJECT BACKGROUND

This project was previously a diplomatic apartment building within the embassy area. Featuring a secluded independent courtyard, it was rented only to embassy and government officials, and thus relatively unknown in the market.

The project is located in the second embassy area of Beijing;

The 32-floor property has a gross floor area of about 54,000 m².

It offers 174 apartments with a standard area of 244-290 m².

DESIGN，REMODELING，AND CONSTRUCTION

 While keeping the original facade, the interior design, property quality, landscaping, and facilities were refitted and renewed.

Japanese landscaping master Yoshiki Toda, famous designers Yu She & Yu Zhao from YU Studio and Kot Keh, as well as the outstanding Taiwanese designer Jiang Xin Yi  were invited to present their impressive landscaping and interior design proposal.

Yisheng Property Management, an exclusive butler for Asian political dignitaries and celebrities, and a Taiwan-based mansion property management brand, provided customized property services and operations for the project.

Asset Value Appreciation

The property’s functions, facilities, and landscapes were improved. With quick value appreciation, the project achieved a sales volume of RMB 1 billion soon after opening up for sale.
